Novell acquires PlateSpin for $205m!

On the 25th of February Novell putted out a press release. In this release Novell announced that they acquired Platespin for $205m.

Novell? Nobody ever expected this move and are those guys still arround?

Citrix annouced to be happy with this move. See the qoute below.

  1. Ik vind het maar een vreemde van Novell. Wat moeten ze er mee, voor hun eigen Xen oplossing misschien aardig maar voor de VMware markt zet het geen zoden aan de dijk denk ik. Website ziet er goed uit man! goed bezig!!
